Rediscover 2022
The Alliance Française de Manille, The Center for French Language and Culture, is now accepting exhibition proposals for its 2022 Exhibition Calendar. Artists of all nationalities are invited to showcase and sell their works during the course of their exhibit period. Deadline for submission of proposals is on February 25 (Friday).
The Gallery, located at the lobby of the Alliance Française de Manille building, has showcased different artworks of renowned and talented up and coming French and Filipino artists. We have also partnered with different galleries, national institutions, diplomatic missions and important NGOs to present different artworks of varied genres, themes and walks of life.
In the last few years we have featured exhibitions from distinguished artists such as National Artist for Visual Arts, Federico Alcuaz, Juvenal Sanso, Pierre de Vallombreuse, Victoria Abad-Kerblat, Henri Lamy, Wawi Navarozza, Poklong Anading, MM Yu, Jill Paz, Jef Cablog, Dino Gabito, and many others.
Now, we wish to open our doors to more emerging artists who wish to get more exposure and experience. We would also be pleased to partner with established artists to give highlight to the purpose and importance of their works in the art scene and society in general as well as to inspire the younger generations.
As the Center for French Language and Culture in Manila, we are pleased to announce two mural projects as part of our re-opening program for 2022.
